Freeze-drying of food: Freeze the water in the food into ice first, and place it under the low temperature and low pressure conditions below the triple point, give the necessary sublimation heat, the water in the food will be directly converted from solid ice to water vapor, Driven by the steam pressure, it is discharged from the food, so as to achieve the purpose of food dehydration. This dehydration technique is called freeze-drying technique. The food processed with this technology is called freeze-dried food, commonly known as FDF internationally.

Main composition: sublimation drying chamber heating system,refrigeration system ,vacuum system ,ice melting system ,pneumatic system ,control system 7 systems in total.
In addition, there are special supporting equipment such as LG freezing tunnel, LG special trolley and LG special trays. Each LG special trolley can hold 60 LG special trays. LG special tray size: 687*568*35mm.
